We are excited to announce that our burgeoning Saturday market, which began just a month ago, is already making significant strides. Today, we are especially honored to welcome Mr.Santosh Shah, a renowned finalist in MasterChef: The Professionals 2020, has been instrumental in promoting Nepali cuisine on the global stage.
Chef Shah's visit to Karnali is a momentous occasion, and we believe it will bring tremendous benefits to our region. His expertise and passion for Nepali ingredients will undoubtedly highlight the unique high-altitude crops and traditional foods of Karnali, showcasing their potential to a wider audience.
