✳️Job Summary
The company is looking for a "Ticketing Officer" with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Excellent English language will add more value). The position holder is expected to have knowledge regarding ticketing-related legislation, sales and public relation.
✳️Job Description
🔸Issue, rescheduling and re-issuing of air tickets using Sabre, Galileo and (Amadeus Knowledge Only)
🔸Handle all customer’s queries coming via page, Viber and What’s App. Must have fluent and good skills of social media management.
✳️Qualification
🔸Graduate or postgraduate having at least 1 year of experience in Travel and Tourism Sector (Especially an IATA Travel agency having good skills and knowledge of Sabre and Galileo GDS system).
🟥Special Note: Even if you are not graduate or postgraduate but have excellent skills and knowledge of Travel Industry (Especially with an Airlines industry), have best Public Relation who can bring business to work together, have best management skills with social media management skills (page handling, website handling) are highly encourage to apply.
✳️Offered Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 /month
