📍 13 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek (Day-wise Itinerary)
Day 1: Your journey begins with arrival in Kathmandu, where you are welcomed and briefed about the trek, followed by a cultural dinner experience in the evening.
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola (870m), passing through rivers, terraced fields, and villages like Arughat as you enter the Manaslu region.
Day 3: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m), walking along the Budhi Gandaki River, crossing suspension bridges, and passing hot springs and narrow valleys.
Day 4: Continue trekking through forests and villages into the restricted Manaslu region, gradually gaining altitude and experiencing changing landscapes.
Day 5: Trek to Namrung (2,630m), where Himalayan views begin to open up and Tibetan culture becomes more prominent.
Day 6: Trek to Lho (3,100m), with your first close views of Mt. Manaslu, passing monasteries and traditional villages.
Day 7: Trek to Sama Gaun (3,520m), a beautiful high-altitude village surrounded by peaks and rich Buddhist culture.
Day 8 (Acclimatization): Spend the day in Sama Gaun exploring nearby areas like Manaslu Base Camp or Pungyen Gompa to adjust to altitude.
Day 9: Trek to Samdo (3,860m), a remote village near the Tibetan border with dramatic mountain scenery.
Day 10: Trek to Dharmasala (4,460m), the base camp for crossing Larkya La Pass.
Day 11: Cross the challenging Larkya La Pass (5,106m) — the highest and most rewarding point — then descend to Bhimtang.
Day 12: Trek down to Dharapani through forests and valleys, rejoining the Annapurna region trails.
Day 13: Drive back to Kathmandu via Besisahar, marking the end of an unforgettable Himalayan adventure.
