Congratulations!
We are delighted to announce that our crew has completed the Manaslu Circuit Trek through the Tsum Valley in October which is an amazing experience in one of the most remote and spectacular areas in Nepal.

Beginning with the culturally diverse and isolated Tsum Valley, commonly known as the Hidden Valley, we were exposed to the local Tibetan-inspired culture and traditions, monasteries, and hospitality. Further into the Manaslu Conservation Area, the scenery changed radically, to forested and terraced hillsides, then to alpine with massive snowy caps of mountains. The Larkya La Pass (5,160 meters) was also one of the most exciting and difficult experiences of our trip as we were allowed to see the panoramic view of the eighth-highest mountain in the world, Manaslu (8,163 meters).

This was not only an ordeal but also an experience that moved us extremely and brought our team closer together and closer to nature, culture and the spirit of adventure. The decision to climb the Manaslu Circuit through Tsum Valley was an accomplishment, and we are thankful of each and every step we took, each obstacle that we have conquered, and each incredible experience that we have had.

Of the most beautiful perspectives of the Manaslu Circuit Trek are Lho and Syala. Trekkers get a magnificent perspective of the Mount Manaslu (8,163m) in the Lho Village (3,180m) particularly during the sunrise when the golden light shines on the expansive snow capped face of the mountain. The Ribung Monastery also brings tranquil and spiritual beauty to the scenery due to the presence of magnificent mountains.

Higher up at Syala (3,500m), the view is unveiled into a 360-degree view of the Himalayas, with Manaslu looking even nearer as well as more dramatic. It is one of the most beautiful places on the whole trek being surrounded by Himalchuli, Ngadi Chuli and glacier valleys.

Hill Sherpa Trekking team is taking a Czech Republic group of people around these memorable mountain sceneries and genuine local experiences as they all traverse through this breathtaking area.

Despite the challenging weather, we successfully completed the Khopra Danda Trek and the Ghorepani-P**n Hill Trek.

The mountain views were mostly hidden due to clouds and fog, and visibility was very poor throughout the journey. When we returned to Pokhara from P**n Hill, the weather was especially bad, thick fog, low clouds, and a complete whiteout near Pokhara. Our flight was significantly delayed because of the conditions.

Sara Page, Lopsang, and Dawa completed the Khopra Danda Trek, while my wife, Julie, and I did the Ghorepani P**n Hill Trek. We all met up in Ghorepani village and hiked together to P**n Hill before returning to Pokhara.

Despite the weather, it was an unforgettable adventure, and we made it through safely.

Everest Dudhkoshi Cultural Trail, a secret treasure in Lower Everest.

The Everest Dudhkoshi Cultural Trail, which opened in December 2023, is a new trekking route in Nepal. It takes 4 to 5 days to walk through the peaceful Lower Everest region.

The trail starts at Silgudhi Danda and goes through traditional villages like Ghune Mera, Kudham, Yetelama, Rapcha, Majhgaun, Khastap, Bhumethan, and Pasda Jharana before ending at Mahabhir.

The Mapya Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality, TAAN, and the Nepal Tourism Board all worked together to make this path. It's not only lovely views. It lets trekkers experience the rich culture of the Sherpa, Rai, and Tamang people.

Along the route, you'll see stunning views of more than 28 Himalayan peaks, including Everest, as well as colorful rhododendron forests, a wide range of wildlife, and warm, welcoming locals.

Manaslu Circuit Trek 12 days
The Manaslu Circuit is a challenging and rewarding 12 days trek that circumnavigates the world's eighth-highest mountain, Mount Manaslu. This journey is a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural immersion, taking you through remote, untouched landscapes, lush forests, and diverse terrain.

The trek's highlight is the challenging crossing of the Larkya La Pass at 5,106 meters, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas. You will experience the unique culture of the Tibetan-influenced Bhotia people in highland villages like Sama Gaon, all while enjoying stunning views of peaks like Himalchuli and Ganesh Himal.

The 12 days itinerary is a condensed version of the standard 14+ day trek and is best suited for trekkers with good physical fitness and prior high altitude experience.

The best time to go is during the spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November) seasons for stable weather and clear skies.
