We are very pleased to introduce a very unique Private Rental Home on the outskirts of Kathmandu near White Gumba (1,600 meter), nestled in the lap of Nagarjun National Park. It is a loft system private rental home (open space concept) built in a traditional Nepali architecture providing modern comforts. Hand crafted stone cottage with maximum use of natural materials is the main attraction of the house. If you want to detox yourself in a very secluded and peaceful environment, and enjoy the beauty of nature, it could be a perfect choice for you. We can host only one group at a time (max. 6 guests). Guests have to book the whole property at a fixed price.

- Exclusive use of whole property for the single group
- Basic food supplies (rice, lentil, flour, sugar, oil, spice)
- Breakfast supplies (bread, cornflakes, milk, egg, fruit, jam, butter, peanut butter, tea, instant coffee)
(Food supplies are provided for one time only. Guests have to manage other food supplies and cook on their own).
Note:
- We are a self-service rental home, not a hotel or resort.
- Wild parties and loud music are strictly prohibited as the property is located in a very peaceful village near the buffer zone of Nagarjun National Park.
- Property is accessible by bike but car should be parked 100 meters before the property.
