Manaslu Trekking has been opened for trekkers since 1991. The trek is followed by the beautiful mountains like Mt. Manslu, Himalchuli, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna Himalayas, Lamjung Himal and other panoramas. The trek starts from the old, independent kingdom of Gorkha to the Budi Gandaki valley. The trek goes through the Manaslu Conservation Area Project (MCAP). You can find different sorts of flora and
fauna in the trek. It consists of snow leopards, Himalayan Black Bear, Musk Deer, Himalayan Tahr and many more fauna and in flora, Himalayan Blue Pine, Oak, birch and rhododendron is found in this region. Distinctively people are Buddhist and their links increase to Tibetan tradition. The Tibetan monks inhabiting sacred monasteries give joy of Tibetan feeling and spirituality. After trekking down the Bimthang, you will be linked with the Annapurna Circuit trail.
