The Annapurna massif in northwestern Himalayans of Nepal includes a peak over 8,000m, 13 peaks over 7,000m and over 16 peaks over 6,000 meters. The trek to Annapurna Base Camp is a once in a life time opportunity to have the most amazing view and in the vicinity of these incredible mountains.

The Annapurna Base Camp begins from the beautiful Lake City Pokhara. From here, we will trek through beautifully terraced farmlands, rhododendron forests, traditional villages, picturesque waterfalls and some challenging paths to reach the base camp of some of the tallest peaks in the world.

It is also a good cultural experience as we will be trekking through several Gurung villages and have the rare chance to first-hand witness the lifestyle and culture of one of the most celebrated ethnic groups in Nepal. As we will be trekking through Annapurna Conservation Area, we will also get the chance to witness the versatile vegetation of the region and also may have sightings of rare animals like snow leopard, musk deer, Himalayan Thar and etc.
