ITINERARY: (DRIVE IN DRIVE OUT)
Day 1: Kathmandu β Rasuwagadhi β Kerung : (2800 m)150 km [7-8 hours]
Our representative will pick you up from hotel in Kathmandu in the morning then we will drive through small
mountain roads to the border at Nepalese side, on the way you can enjoy the waterfall, river and forest. After
arriving in Kerung, we will meet our Tibetan guide and drive at Nepal- Tibet border and make necessary
immigration paper work and then continue our driver to Kerung town at the distance of 20 km. Overnight at
Kerung town.
Day 2: Kerung : (2800 m)
One day rest in Kerung for acclimatization and preparation of hiking, Overnight in Kerung.
Day 3: Kerung β Saga: (4350 m)160 Km [5 β 6 hours]
after breakfast your journey will start to saga through Ghantula pass (5226m) viewing the beautiful scenery of
Brahmaputra river. Overnight in saga.
Day 4: Saga β Mansarovar : (4500 m) 466 Km [7-8 hours]
After breakfast you will start your journey to Mansarovar through dongpamahim la pass and first sight of holy
Kailash Parbat and Mansarovar through beautiful surroundings. Overnight in Mansarovar.
Day 5: Mansarovar β Darchen : (4500-4600 m) 40 Km[2-3 hours]
After finishing the holy bath and ritual puja in Mansarovar Lake, we will continue our drive to Darchen which is
also known as base camp of mount Kailash. Overnight in Darchen.
Day 6: Darchen β Dirapuk : (5000-5100 m) 18 Km [5-6 hours]
After the morning breakfast, the drive will start for about 7 Km by Bus to Yamadwar. The journey of hiking trip
starts by walking along the beautiful hills waterfalls and beautiful clear blue sky facing the great view of mount
kailash. Overnight in Dirapuk.
Day 7: Derapuk β Zuthulpuk : (4800-4900 m) 22 Km [7-8 hours]
Before sunrise your journey begins from Derapuk to zuthulpuk passing the highest pass Dolma La pass of height
(5630 m) and viewing the holy place Gaurikunda on the way . By afternoon you will reach to zuthulpuk.
Overnight in Zuthulpuk.
Day 8: Zuthulpuk β Saga: (4300-4400 m) 479 Km [7-8 hours]
The journey of the hiking trip ends after walking for over 2 hours for distance of around 13 km. After morning
breakfast you will return to saga by bus. Overnight in saga.
Day 9: Saga β Kerung : (2700-2800 m) 160 Km [4-5 hours]
After morning breakfast your drive will start from saga to Kerung. Overnight in Kerung.
Day 10: Kerung β Kathmandu: (1325 m) 150Km [7-8 hours]
After morning breakfast your drive will start from Kerung to Kathmandu through Rasuwagadhi, after reaching
Kathmandu at the evening our journey will be completed.

Required Documents:
In order to facilitate the processing of your Tibet visa, kindly ensure you have the following documents ready:
1. Passport copy : Please submit a clear copy of your passport at least 25 days in advance to
initiate the Tibet Travel permit processing.
2. Original passport: Ensure you have your original passport with you when your group arrives in
Kathmandu.
3. Passport size photo: Provide a passport size photo with a white background, front face, without
eye glasses, and no smiling expression.
4. Visa application form: Complete the visa application form prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROCEDURE TIBET GROUP VISA..!!!
As per the new rules and regulations from the Chinese embassy in Nepal, to obtain a Tibet group visa, it is
required that there must be minimum of 5 people in the group. Additionally, the visa application process in
Kathmandu requires the submission of the original passport and may take 3-4 official working days to complete.
Please also note that visa requirements and regulations can change frequently.
It is also important to note that Tibet visa requirements and regulations can be change frequently, we suggest
you make sure with the Chinese Embassy or your local Travel Agent.
