With strong support from the local Nepali community, the event targeted Japanese travel professionals, media, and cultural enthusiasts, offering a deeper understanding of Nepal’s multifaceted appeal.

🌍 International Visitor Arrivals Update – June 2025

🇳🇵Nepal welcomed 76,425 international visitors in June 2025, marking 99.6% of the arrivals recorded in June 2024 and a 2.1% increase compared to the pre-pandemic June of 2019.

📊 First Half of 2025: A total of 577,689 international visitors arrived in Nepal during the first six months of the year, reflecting a steady recovery and growing global interest in Nepal as a travel destination.

Beijing, June 29, 2025 – Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has successfully concluded its participation at the Beijing International Tourism Expo (BITE) in Beijing 2025, with a strong impression to travel trade representatives and the potential travelers of Beijing, China. The fair was held from 27th – 29th June at China International Exhibition Centre, Chaoyang district, Beijing. The fair successfully served as a significant platform for promoting Nepal’s rich tourism offerings and meaningful engagement of B2B networking in first two days and B2C interactions on the third day.
