We believe in quality work. We do not do different things, but we do things differently. Every staff member has insurance and free access to equipment, and their salaries are above average. Our porters carry a maximum of 20 Kg, and will receive full medical treatment for any illness or injury that may occur. Medical care, if needed, is for everyone in the expedition. Our staff members are also free to join any trade union. Trained & Skilled Guides
We have skilled, well trained, and experienced guides who can speak English fluently. Upon request, we can also provide guides speaking other languages. The guides give first priority to the health, security, and hygiene of our clients, as they believe in quality rather than quantity. Commitment To The Environment
Environmental preservation and its sustainable use is one of our prime concerns. Our staff members are well aware of environmental issues and will do their best to reduce any damage to the environment. Bringing back any garbage produced on a trip is compulsory (except for compostables), and we prefer to use renewable sources of energy.
