1. Position: Business Development Manager
(Tourism & Hospitality) – 1
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and promote domestic and international tour packages.
• Build partnerships with hotels, transport companies, and tourism service providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Attend tourism fairs, travel events, and promotion programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tourism business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of tour operations and customer handling.
2. Position: Business Development Manager (Airlines) – 1
Key Responsibilities:
Expand partnerships with airlines and travel agents.
Promote air ticketing services and corporate travel solutions.
Monitor airline pricing, promotions, and market competition.
Manage B2B and B2C client relationships.
Support the ticketing team to boost sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Travel or related field.
Experience in airline sales, ticketing, or GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo preferred).
Excellent networking and market analysis skills with strong sales orientation.
3. Position: Business Development Manager (Consultancy & Manpower) – 1
Key Responsibilities:
Promote educational consultancy and manpower services in national & international markets.
Identify potential intakes of foreign universities and market accordingly.
Develop strategies for lead generation, conversion, and partnership expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in relevant field with strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
4. Position: Reservation Officer – 2
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight, hotel, and tour package reservations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for booking confirmations.
Provide accurate fare quotations and itinerary options to clients.
Manage phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in ticket re-issuance, refunds, and schedule changes as required.
Maintain daily booking reports and reservation records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Plus 2 or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Tourism/Management preferred).
Prior experience in reservations or ticketing is an advantage.
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle customer queries efficiently.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
