Foodies' Diary

When I left Malaysia and Singapore, I was a bit worried that I would miss the Chinese stir-fried noodles too much. Fortunately, Nepalese cuisine offers a whole different palate of flavors that I also love like this traditional Dal Bhat dish. The lentil soup and curry dishes are cooked with aromatic herbs and spices that you can smell even before walking into the restaurant. 😋
