With gradual opening of int'l and domestic flights we are gearing up our efforts for resuming our services for our valued customers and beloved travel partners. 2020 has been challenging year for tourism industry indeed and more hurdles lie ahead in path to normality. We will try our utmost efforts to withstand the unprecedented challenges brought by the pandemic and vow to stay afloat even during the crisis. We may suffer severe financial losses but nothing can deter us from fulfilling our commitment towards the industry. We a energized new and sound team we start the journey. Our journey is not a sprint but a long marathon that can endure set backs and frequent unfavorable conditions. Our recovery and return to the normalcy is slow and steady process but willingness to serve is as vigorous as the pre-pandemic level. As the effects of pandemic is simmering down in east Asia, Europe and Latin America, newer hotspots are popping up in South Asia and North America which makes us compelled to take selective approach to resume our services to address the risk factor. From September 1st we will resume booking for repatriation flights and normal flights. Mandatory quarantine, Covid 19 test facilitation service and airport shuttle service will be our priority for upcoming flights. All our beloved customers are requested to maintain social distancing and use essential gears.
