🏔️ FIRST SUMMIT ON EVEREST THIS SEASON – ROPE FIXING MISSION COMPLETED!
🎉 Congratulations to the Entire Rope Fixing Team
📅 13 May, 2026

A historic moment on Mt. Everest!

Led by Mingtemba Sherpa, the 2026 Everest rope-fixing team successfully reached the summit of Mt. Everest this morning at around 10:25 AM, completing one of the most important and challenging missions of the climbing season.

With the ropes now fixed all the way to the summit, climbers from around the world can begin their summit rotations toward the top of the world.

This season started with major challenges after the route through the Khumbu Icefall was blocked. However, thanks to the unity, coordination, and hard work of the expedition operators and fixing team members, the route was successfully opened and today’s achievement became possible.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations and respect to all the Sherpa climbers and support teams involved in this incredible achievement. Your dedication, strength, and professionalism continue to inspire the entire mountaineering community.

Wishing all climbers and expedition teams a safe and successful Everest season ahead. May the mountain be kind to everyone. 🙏

Nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 3,867 meters, stands Tengboche Monastery — a place where silence, spirituality, and mountains come together.

Originally built in 1916 by Lama Gulu, the monastery has long been a spiritual center of the Khumbu region. Though it was damaged by an earthquake in 1934 and later destroyed by fire in 1989, it was rebuilt each time — standing today as a powerful symbol of resilience and devotion.

Tengboche is also spiritually connected to Rongbuk Monastery, located on the northern side of Mount Everest. This connection reflects the deep-rooted Buddhist traditions that unite communities across the Himalayas.

As the largest monastery in the Everest region, Tengboche holds immense religious significance. The sound of monks chanting prayers fills the air, creating a peaceful atmosphere that resonates with every traveler who passes through.

But what truly makes Tengboche unforgettable is its breathtaking setting.

From here, visitors can enjoy a sweeping panoramic view of the Himalayas — including Mount Everest, along with the iconic Ama Dablam and the towering Lhotse. These peaks rise dramatically above the clouds, creating one of the most spectacular mountain vistas on the Everest Base Camp trek.

On clear days, Tengboche becomes even more magical. At sunrise and sunset, visitors can witness the golden glow of sunlight touching the summit of Everest — a breathtaking moment where the highest peak in the world shines in shades of gold and amber.

The monastery lies within Sagarmatha National Park, a region rich in natural beauty — from lush rhododendron forests to rare Himalayan wildlife.

For trekkers heading toward Everest Base Camp, Tengboche is more than just a stop — it’s a vital acclimatization point and a place to reconnect with both nature and self.

Here, the journey slows down. The air feels deeper. And the mountains feel closer than ever.

Tengboche is not just a destination — it is a moment of peace beneath the giants of the Himalayas.

More than just a station, Pokhara Tourist Bus Park is a vital link in Nepal’s travel network — and a gateway to the Himalayas.

A place of departures, arrivals, and new beginnings — where every journey continues.

Located just a few minutes from Lakeside Pokhara, this station serves daily routes to Kathmandu, Chitwan, and cross-border services toward Delhi.

Each day begins early.

By morning, dozens of buses are already lined up, preparing for departure. Most long-distance buses leave before 9 AM, allowing travelers to complete their journeys during daylight hours.

The park is active and organized.

Passengers arrive with tickets in hand. Luggage is loaded, engines start, and one by one, buses roll out — carrying travelers across highways, hills, and plains.

For many, this is also the starting point of adventure.

The bus park serves as a key gateway for trekkers heading toward the Annapurna region — home to world-renowned routes such as Annapurna Base Camp and P**n Hill.

Inside the bus park, essential facilities support this constant flow.

There are ticket counters, cafés, and local restaurants serving tea, coffee, and light meals. Public toilet facilities are available, along with a waiting area where passengers can rest before boarding.

A taxi stand is also located inside the park, making onward travel within Pokhara simple and convenient.

By the afternoon, the rhythm shifts.

From around 2 PM, buses begin arriving back into the city. Travelers return from across Nepal — some completing long journeys, others continuing onward.

Even here, Pokhara’s natural beauty remains present.

On clear days, distant mountain views rise beyond the busy terminal, reminding travelers of the landscapes that await.

Why Death Park?
Death is the ultimate truth of life.
But death is not merely the end of life.
One day, everyone must die, yet we try to keep death far away from our thoughts.
We live our lives pretending not to see it, not to think about it, and not to remember it.
But understanding death does not mean being afraid.
Understanding death means understanding life more deeply.
Death reminds us that life is fragile,
time is limited,
and every moment is precious.
Many people feel fear and sadness when they think about death,
but in reality, death makes us more aware, more responsible, and more human.
It inspires us to walk on the path of truth,
to do good deeds,
and to live with humanity, compassion, and love.
Death Park is not created to frighten people,
but to help them understand the true value of life.
Here, death is not an end,
but the beginning of awareness toward life.
Those who accept death learn to respect life.
When death is understood,
life appears more beautiful and more meaningful.
