🏔️ Everest Base Camp Trek at a Glance

* Duration: Usually 12–16 days from Kathmandu to Kathmandu
* Highest point: Kala Patthar – 5,545 m (depending on the route/itinerary)
* Everest Base Camp: 5,364 m
* Starting point: Lukla (2,860 m), typically reached by flight from Kathmandu or Ramechhap depending on current flight operations
* Best seasons: March–May and October–November
* Difficulty: Challenging
* Accommodation: Teahouses/lodges along the trail
* Major highlights: Lukla, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Everest Base Camp, Kala Patthar, spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam and other Himalayan peaks
