Our Everest Base Camp adventure continues as we trek through the beautiful village of Phakding, surrounded by lush landscapes, rushing rivers, and majestic Himalayan scenery. Every step brings us closer to the heart of the Everest region! 🏔️✨

The Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) has issued an emergency notice with the following important points:

1. Entry permits for the Annapurna Conservation Area (ACA), Manaslu Conservation Area (MCA), and Gaurishankar Conservation Area (GCA) may be issued from 12:00 PM on September 27, 2026 (11 Ashwin 2083).

2. Although permits may be issued today, visitors will be allowed to enter the conservation areas only from the morning of September 28, 2026, after assessing the condition of the trekking trails and the prevailing weather conditions.

3. For trekking routes other than Jomsom, Muktinath, Ghandruk, and other short-distance destinations, visitors are required to be accompanied by a licensed trekking guide for their safety.

We recommend that all trekkers check the latest trail and weather conditions and follow the instructions of the concerned authorities before starting their trek.

The journey to Everest Base Camp is not only about reaching the destination—it’s about enjoying every beautiful moment along the trail.

In September, the trail comes alive with the sound of the Dudh Koshi River, lush green landscapes, peaceful forests, and spectacular suspension bridges decorated with prayer flags. 🌊🌲

Passing through Jorsalle, the charming riverside village on the way to Namche Bazaar, you can feel the true spirit of the Khumbu. From here, the trail follows the river before the famous climb toward Namche begins. 🥾🏔️

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: Despite the recent floods and the difficult situation in some parts of Nepal, the country’s major trekking regions remain open and are operating normally.

All scheduled treks outside the affected areas of the Langtang region are continuing as planned. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates if there are any changes.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON THE RECENT FLASH FLOODS NEAR THE NEPAL–TIBET BORDER

We are deeply saddened by the tragic flash floods in the Nepal–Tibet border region, which have resulted in the loss of lives and caused significant damage to local communities.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families and loved ones of those affected by this tragedy. We also express our sincere appreciation to the rescue teams, security personnel, local authorities, and community members who are working tirelessly to assist those affected and respond to the situation.

At this time, none of our upcoming trips have been canceled, and all scheduled departures will continue to operate as planned.

We would also like to reassure our travelers that the Everest, Annapurna, and Manaslu regions have not been affected by the flooding. Trekking activities in these regions are continuing normally.

We are closely monitoring the situation and remain in regular contact with local authorities and our teams on the ground. Should there be any changes that may affect travel plans, we will promptly keep our guests informed.

The safety and well-being of our travelers, guides, porters, and team members remain our highest priority.
