🏔️ Manaslu Circuit Trek
The Manaslu Circuit Trek takes you around Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), the world’s eighth-highest mountain. The trail passes through remote Himalayan villages, lush forests, dramatic valleys, glaciers, monasteries, and Tibetan-influenced communities.
The highlight of the trek is crossing the challenging Larkya La Pass (5,106m). You will experience spectacular views of Manaslu, Himalchuli, Ngadi Chuli, Cheo Himal, and surrounding peaks.
This is a challenging high-altitude trek and requires good preparation. The Manaslu region is also a restricted trekking area, so the necessary permits and licensed guide arrangements are required.

🥾 16-Day Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Airport pickup and transfer to your hotel. Trek preparation and briefing.
Day 2: Kathmandu – Machha Khola
Drive by jeep from Kathmandu to Machha Khola.
Day 3: Machha Khola – Jagat
Trek through beautiful river valleys, forests, suspension bridges, and traditional villages.
Day 4: Jagat – Deng
Continue through the Budhi Gandaki Valley toward Deng.
Day 5: Deng – Namrung
The landscape gradually becomes more alpine as you gain altitude.
Day 6: Namrung – Lho
Enjoy spectacular views of Manaslu and surrounding Himalayan peaks.
Day 7: Lho – Samagaon
Trek through alpine landscapes toward Samagaon, one of the major villages of the region.
Day 8: Acclimatization in Samagaon
Rest and explore the village. Optional hike to Birendra Lake or Manaslu Base Camp.
Day 9: Samagaon – Samdo
A scenic high-altitude trek with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.
Day 10: Acclimatization in Samdo
Rest and take a short hike around the village for better altitude adaptation.
Day 11: Samdo – Dharamsala
Trek toward Larkya Phedi/Dharamsala, the last major stop before crossing the pass.
Day 12: Dharamsala – Larkya La Pass – Bimthang
The biggest day of the trek. Cross the 5,106m Larkya La Pass and descend to Bimthang.
Day 13: Bimthang – Tilije
Descend through forests and beautiful mountain landscapes toward Tilije.
Day 14: Tilije – Dharapani – Besisahar
Trek to Dharapani and continue by road toward Besisahar.
Day 15: Besisahar – Kathmandu
Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 16: Final Departure
Airport transfer for your international departure.
