Trek Update: Birethanthi- Ghorpani- Swatha–Khopra–Khair Lake-Khopra-Dobato-Tadapani- Ghandruk

The trekking trail from Birethanti to Ghorepani to Swatha to Khopra and Khair Lake to Khopra to Tadapani to Ghandrik is safe and open. Trekkers can enjoy this beautiful route, reaching an elevation of 4,640 metres at Khair Lake.

The trail offers spectacular Himalayan landscapes and an excellent trekking experience. 🏔️🥾

🏔️ Mustang Update: 1 October, 2026

Trekking to Mustang can start from Birethanti, or by jeep to Tikhedhunga, followed by trekking via Ghorepani and onward to Mustang.

The Beni–Dana Road section of Pokhara-Mustang highway is mostly damaged and may take around 10 more days for temporary opening.

🥾 Mustang remains accessible via the trekking route.

Manang Update: October 1, 2026 🏔️

Road sections from Besisahar–Khotro, Khotro–Syrkyu, and Bhratang–Manang are open. Work is ongoing to remove the Khotro and Syrkyu–Bhratang road obstructions, including Chame.

🥾 Trekking is possible up to Manang. However, snow-related disturbance remains in the Low Camp region.
