Our lovely angel guests shared these adorable photos with us!

This sweet couple from Taiwan kept a joyful and positive attitude throughout the entire journey—from booking the trip to completing it. They truly enjoyed every moment and embraced all the gifts the mountains had to offer. Even when facing heavy fog and hail, they stayed optimistic, which was truly amazing!

They were also incredibly warm-hearted. They gifted shoes to both the guide and the porter—and even helped them put them on. It was such a touching moment, we were almost in tears.

Big news for trekkers in Nepal 🇳🇵

As of March 23, 2026,
solo travellers can now obtain permits for restricted trekking areas — without needing a second person.

Previously, regions like Upper Mustang and the Manaslu Circuit required a minimum of two trekkers.
This meant many solo adventurers had to wait in Kathmandu for a partner — or abandon their plans altogether.

That requirement has now been removed.

✔️ Solo permits are now allowed
✔️ No more waiting for a trekking partner
✔️ Greater flexibility in planning your trek

However, a few rules still apply:
→ A licensed guide remains mandatory
→ Treks must be arranged through a registered agency

This change opens up some of Nepal’s most remote and culturally rich regions, including:
🏔️ Upper Mustang
🏔️ Manaslu Circuit
🏔️ Tsum Valley
🏔️ Upper Dolpa

for independent travellers who prefer to explore on their own terms.

If Nepal has been on your list,this just made it a lot easier.

很多人被迫在加德滿都等陌生人同行湊團或直接放棄行程

現在，這個規定正式取消了。

✔️ 一個人也可以申請
✔️ 不用再等隊友
✔️ 行程更自由

但要注意的是：
• 仍然需要持有合法執照的嚮導陪同
• 並且需要透過合法註冊的旅行社安排行程和許可證申請

這個改變其實很關鍵。

像是：

🏔️Manaslu Circuit
🛕Tsum Valley
🏺Upper Dolpa

這些過去比較難成行的路線，
現在對獨旅者來說，門檻大幅降低。

3月初前往 EBC（Everest Base Camp） 的兩位好朋友 Stalla 和 Liv，其實從去年就開始規劃這趟徒步旅行。

兩位都有爬台灣百岳的經驗，所以體能狀況還不錯👌

抵達 Gorakshep (海拔5140m)之後，當然要在山上耍廢一下拍個可愛樣，順便介紹一下她的登山幸運小娃娃 Mr. Lhotse！ 😆😆

每一步都是自己走的路，每一步都算數！ 🕺🏻

Two good friends, Stalla and Liv, started their journey to EBC in early March.They had actually been planning this trekking adventure since last year.

Both of them have experience hiking Taiwan’s Hundred Peaks, so their fitness level was pretty solid 👌

After arriving at Gorakshep, it was finally time to relax a bit in the mountains, take some fun photos, and introduce her lucky companion — Mr. Lhotse! 😆😆

Out here in the Himalayas,every step is your own journey, and every step counts. 🕺🏻😎
