Our hearts are with all those affected by the devastating flash flood.
We extend our deepest condolences to everyone who has lost loved ones, homes, livelihoods and belongings in this tragic disaster. Our thoughts are especially with the families who are grieving and those still waiting for news of their loved ones.
Since the disaster, many of our friends, past guests and international clients from around the world have reached out to us asking how they can help, donate or send essential supplies to the people affected. We are deeply touched by your concern and solidarity with Nepal.

We believe this is one of the most appropriate ways to help at this moment because your contribution goes directly through the Government of Nepal’s official disaster-relief mechanism, rather than through an intermediary or an unverified fundraising campaign.
Nepal has experienced devastating natural disasters before, including the 2015 earthquake, when generous support poured in from around the world. While that international solidarity was deeply appreciated, there were also concerns over the distribution and utilization of some relief funds. For this reason, at this critical time, we feel that supporting the official government relief fund is a more direct and transparent way for our international friends to contribute to the ongoing rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts.
The Government of Nepal is currently coordinating search, rescue and relief operations in the affected areas. Your contribution, however large or small, can help support these efforts and the communities facing an incredibly difficult time.
