🏔️ Is There an Age Limit for Trekking in Nepal?

Can a 5-year-old trek in Nepal? Can an 82-year-old reach Everest Base Camp?

My experience in tourism has taught me one important thing: age is only one part of the journey. The right route, preparation, safety, service and experienced guidance matter.

In 2023, Mr. Siva Prasada Rao from India, at 82 years old according to his own client testimonial, successfully completed an Everest Base Camp trek in 23 days with our team. His achievement was also recognized by the India Book of Records in 2023.

And in March 2024, a 5-year-old girl successfully completed the Pikey Peak trek with her mother, supported by our team. When unexpected snow made the journey difficult, our guide Ishwor and porter Ganesh helped the family safely through the challenging section.
