With a heavy heart, and hands shaking as I write this… rest in peace, Nims Dai and every climber lost on Broad Peak. 🏔️
The mountains that gave you your glory have called you home. Nature answers to no one — not records, not courage, not the human will to conquer. Nothing is as powerful as nature, and nothing is permanent. Every beginning carries its ending.
Our hearts are with the families of all who were lost — Nepali, Pakistani, Omani, Chinese, American — bound together by the same unforgiving slopes. Nims’ loss is one of the greatest losses for Nepalese tourism and the Himalayas — a legacy that put Nepal on the world stage. You climbed higher than most of us will ever dream, and you will always be remembered. 🙏 #🙏🙏🙏 ゚

This is a tragic and sad news for the globe that the global warming is the biggest cause for melting the massive Himalayas. The world and so called First Nations should eye on the global issues, instead of focusing on making the war business, we humbly request you all to look at the issue and address it or at least put your hands together.
