Unlike many larger and smaller companies, all of HE’s staff are recruited only after many years adventure trekking, adventure holiday, Peak Climbing and Mountaineering Expeditions in Nepal and Tibet.

• All our leaders have worked in the large international adventure companies for many years and have the Certificate of Wilderness First Aid with specialization in Acute Mountain Sickness.
• All adventure climbing mountaineering trips are staffed with a mountaineering Sherpa and a leader with mountaineering training and experience. All leaders are fluent in English, as well as several other languages. Inquire with us if you have special language needs.
