Have a reasonable level of fitness for trekking into the vicinity of Everest and make sure you have mental endurance to continue trekking for an average of 5-6 hours on hilly terrain. Day 01: Kathmandu to Lukla (2700m), (30min flight) & trek to Phakding (2650), 3 hrs.
Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m), 6 hrs.
Day 03: Rest day at Namche Bazaar for the exploration and acclimatization.
Day 04: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m), 5 hrs.
Day 05: Tengboche to Dingboche (4400m), 5 hrs.
Day 06: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m), 4 hr.
Day 07: Laboche to Gorakshep (5150m), 3.5 hrs. & EBC hike โ Stay overnight at Gorakshep.
Day 08: Morning hike to Kalapathar (5550m), 3 hrs. & back to Lobuche (4910m), 2.5 hrs.
Day 09: Laboche to Tengboche (3860m), 5.5 hrs.
Day 10: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar 5 hrs.
Day 11: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2700m), Approx. 5hrs.
Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu flight back (30min) & farewell dinner in typical Nepali restaurant.
