Ghandruk is accessible by transport and you will get one of the majestic view and there are decent accommodation available, only question is how much is your budget, if you go with cheaper trekking companies, they will take even to the places where even you don't get your private bathroom, what a nonsense they are doing or you are doing paying some extra money you are getting luxury on the lap of the mountains.
