Let’s create memories together that last forever ✨️ 📧: [email protected] What's Our Secret?

1. We educate a needy child

A child in the remote areas like Chepang communities (where we mainly work) in Dhading, Chitwan and Makwanpur, wants to go to school, but due to their financial poverty, they are unable to do so. Why is there so much poverty? The answer is simple, lack of education. How

much do you think a child would need to get a proper education? Not much. We cannot help all the poor people. Still, we can help educate a child who will grow to become a better human & who will eventually look after their own family and the community. As per our intensive research and experience, a child in Nepal only needs about USD 200 a year to finish their school education in a government school. With that same amount, we can pay for all education bills, their school uniforms, study materials and lunch snacks. If you travel with us, you will directly or indirectly help a child get a better future. ARE YOU READY TO TRAVEL FOR A GOOD CAUSE? DO YOU WISH TO BECOME A DIRECT OR INVISIBLE SPONSOR TO THE POOR CHILDREN? Please check our FLICKR account to see some of our work.

2. We are unique

We love nature. Furthermore, we are in awe of it and intrigued by how close our relationship is with it. Our main target is exploring nature and showcasing it to the outside world. Because WE KNOW YOU. We will make it happen any way you want to travel in Nepal, whether volunteering, mountaineering, hiking, exploring, learning cultures, giving to the poor or other similar things. The veteran guides we have can speak English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Japanese and Italian; you name it. Even for non-English speakers, we facilitate them with a guide, speaking their language. We offer many travel packages recommended by ‘Lonely Planet’ at the best market rate. Our research team is always seeking new trails to explore and make it the next tourist destination, since there’s still a lot to explore in the hidden corners of Nepal. We seek a greener and cleaner earth, so keeping the place naturally as it is wherever we go is what we do, and teaching everyone the same way is how we demonstrate a responsible approach to tourism.

3. We care for you

Your safety and happiness are our main priorities. We have chosen our guides and porters with thorough inspection based on their knowledge and experience in the field; they are friendly and benevolent. They have been taught well and know how to look after you properly. Every time, we ensure that you are regularly reminded of AMS during the trip and that the guide is carrying first aid kits and doing the whole thing right. You can remain assured about your health, safety and overall care.

4. Happy professional team

The team we have is a group of young and energetic souls. They are really enthusiastic and always eager to serve the clients. This way, the output is sure to be a fantastic customer-oriented service.

5. We care about our staff

Nature Lovers Treks and Tours has the best guides and porters in the tourism industry. We can guarantee you that. Ask yourselves a question. What do you look for in a guide and a porter? Are they fully insured and are they paid well? Well, they are the staff of Nature Lovers Treks and Tours, so they are a hundred percent happy with their treatment by the company. They are experienced, licensed and knowledgeable in the field. They are well paid and fully insured for their journey as well as for the medicals. Our porters are always fully equipped with the gear they need. As per the company policy, they are always insured and thoroughly looked after. They are our backbone. We allow a maximum weight of 25 kg to be carried by one porter. They are the strongest in our group, with fewer communication skills. We also closely work with IPPG {International Porter Protection Group} and follow their ethics and guidelines.

6. We stress about service

Efficient client service is what we do not compromise; at any cost. If they are happy, we have a good company future ahead, so we always ensure they receive the best treatment. Tailor-made packages and suitable prices

Whether cultural tours, adventures, spiritual tours, trekking, peak climbing, homestay tours, volunteering or any other things in our store, they can be easily customized and made up to the client’s requirements. In whatever way it suits you, it does us too. The best flexible company you will ever find in the Himalayan nation of Nepal.

7. Add-ons

We have got a lot of add-on options for our clients. Yoga and meditation, jungle safari, sightseeing, birding, herbal massage and Ayurveda therapy, casino entry, golf club, wellness, etc., can be added with the main "treks and tours" as the added flavours in your Nepal journey.

8. Responsible tourism

Our itineraries are designed and operated following ecotourism and sustainable tourism principles, i.e., travelling and exploring while leaving the environment as it is. We all follow this simple rule. Organizing the treks and tours for many charitable causes has always been our passion, for example, taking our clients to orphanages and elderly care homes, running a trip to fundraise for marginalized communities, etc.

9. Giving to the society

As we’ve already mentioned, 5% of our earnings go into a separate fund to help the deprived and marginalized communities ignored by the government and societies.

10. We hear and implement your advice

It is the best way to go. We want to become like your close friend from another country. Please, we’d love to hear your advice too. No human is perfect, and we are learning as well. Therefore, if you have other ideas, we’d love to receive your input and implement them as necessary.

11. 100% satisfaction guaranteed

We give you a 100% guarantee that after you book with us, you will get total satisfaction in the quality and the service. Our prices are reasonably low and worth the value of your money. By the slightest chance that you’re not happy with us or our services, your next holiday is on us so that we can serve you again in better possible ways.

12. Free cancellation

If you are unable to travel under any circumstances, you can always cancel if you haven't wired any amount. If you have already paid the amount, your money is always safe with us until you resume travelling. For more, please check https://natureloverstrek.com/terms-and-conditions.html

Deep within the forbidden kingdom of Lo-Manthang, beyond the Himalayas and the edge of the known world, a 300-year-old tradition still breathes.

The Tiji Festival — or Tempa Chirim, meaning "Prayer for World Peace" — is a 3-day sacred celebration held every May in the walled city of Lo-Manthang, Upper Mustang. Rooted in Tibetan Buddhism, the festival re-enacts the legend of Dorje Jono, the son who battled a demon to save the Kingdom of Mustang from drought, darkness, and destruction. Monks draped in vibrant silk robes and elaborate masks perform powerful ritual dances — and for three days, the ancient walled city transforms into a living, breathing myth.

This isn't just a festival. It's a portal into a world that time forgot.

✨ What to experience:

🎭 Sacred masked dances (Chhaam) — Watch monks from Choede Monastery perform the Tsa Chhaam, Nga Chhaam, and Rha Chhaam over three days, each act a chapter of the cosmic battle between good and evil.

📜 The 400-year-old Thangka unveiling — A rare, sacred hand-embroidered silk painting of Padmasambhava and his two dakinis is ceremoniously revealed — an artwork most of the world will never see.

🏯 Lo-Manthang, the walled city — Wander the mud-brick alleys of this living medieval kingdom, visit Tashi Gephel Palace courtyard where ceremonies unfold, and feel centuries of unbroken culture all around you.

⛰️ Himalayan desert landscapes — The dramatic backdrop of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Nilgiri peaks framing ochre cliffs, sky caves, and Tibetan plateaus — every frame looks like another world.

🍜 Local food & community spirit — Share traditional Tibetan cuisine with villagers from all seven provinces of Lo, as communities come together in one of the most genuine cultural gatherings in the Himalayas.

📅 Tiji Festival 2026: May 14–16 in Lo-Manthang, Upper Mustang.

If you've ever wanted to witness something truly rare — a living legend performed at the roof of the world — this is your sign. 🙏✨

Plan your journey to Upper Mustang & make Tiji 2026 the trip of a lifetime. Drop a ❤️ if this is on your bucket list, and tag someone who needs to see this with you! 👇

🌿 Ready to discover Nepal's most rewarding off-the-beaten-path trek?

The Mohare Danda & Khopra Ridge Community Trek is your answer, a remarkable journey through the heart of the Annapurna region that most travellers haven't even heard of.

This route is not well known to the general public, yet it offers magnificent views of stunning mountains, distant settlements, and gorgeous tiered rice fields, all without the crowds of the classic Annapurna trails.

🗺️ What makes this trek special?

You get to explore two of the best viewpoints in a single trip: Muldai Viewpoint, Khopra Ridge Viewpoint. The journey takes you from lush rhododendron and bamboo forests up to Mohare Danda at 3,300m, where at sunrise and sunset the peaks of Annapurna I, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, and Tukuche Peak turn gold, pink, and fiery orange.

For those craving more altitude, there's an optional side trip to Khayar Lake at 4,665m, a sacred alpine lake cradled beneath the towering face of Annapurna South, revered by both Hindus and Buddhists.

🏘️ More than just views:
This is a community trek where partial profits from community teahouses go directly to fund local schools and health posts, meaning your adventure makes a real difference in the lives of mountain communities.

📋 Trek at a glance:
📅 Duration: 13 days from Kathmandu
🧗 Difficulty: Moderate
📍 Max Altitude: 4,660m (Khayar Lake)
🌸 Best Seasons: Spring (Mar–May) & Autumn (Sep–Nov)
🏠 Accommodation: Community lodges & homestays
🥾 Daily walking: 5–6 hours on average

Whether you're a seasoned trekker or a curious first-timer with a reasonable fitness level, this trail welcomes all. Come for the mountains. Stay for the magic. ✨
