The whole crew together, energy through the roof, and yes, even the dog showed up for team photos.

The Freedom Team is all geared up and ready. We cannot wait to get back on the trail this season.

From September 7th to 11th, our guides and assistant guides completed their WFA and AWFA certifications in Bandipur. By learning through action, the team spent their time practicing real-world responses to ensure that every member of our crew is prepared to handle any situation on the trail.

At Freedom Adventures, safety is our foremost priority. We hold every guide and assistant guide to this standard, as practical skill and constant readiness are what define our team.

We would like to thank Outdoor Initiative for leading such a focused program and the Freedom Social Foundation for their support.

Mountains are never easy. They take everything out of you, your legs, your breath, your patience, and somehow you still can't stay away.

We can't fully explain why. We just know that once you fall for them, you fall hard, hard enough that you keep going back just to feel that thing you felt up there, staring into nothing and somehow finding answers to everything.

Mountains. Mountains. Mountains

So tell us, why do you love the mountains? And why do you keep going back?

Annapurna doesn't go easy on you. She never has.

Every switchback tests something, your legs, your breath, your patience, and somehow, watching that first light hit her face, none of it matters anymore. We can't fully explain why we keep coming back for this. We just know that once she gets under your skin, she stays there.

That's the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Not easy. Never was. Love it anyway. 🏔️
