Dear Respective Concern,
On behalf of A.N.T. Holidays Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal., I would like to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Department of Tourism, Bhutan, and the Association of Bhutanese Tour Operators (ABTO) for providing us with the valuable opportunity to participate in the Bhutan International Travel Mart (BITM) 2026, held from 11–13 June 2026 in Thimphu, Bhutan.

We were particularly honored by the presence of His Excellency Lyonpo Namgyal Dorji, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE) during the Welcome Dinner, Inauguration Session, and Closing Ceremony. His participation and inspiring remarks reflected the Royal Government of Bhutan's strong commitment to the development of tourism and its vision for sustainable growth within the sector.

It was an honor and privilege to be part of such a prestigious event that successfully brought together tourism professionals, travel trade partners, and industry stakeholders from around the world. The event provided an excellent platform to connect with potential partners, exchange ideas, explore new collaborations, and gain deeper insights into Bhutan's tourism offerings and future developments along strengthen global partnerships. The Introduction of Gelephu Mindfulness City, as a massive economic hub that will redefine wellness, tech and sustainable tourism in the region.

The dedication and hard work of the organizing team ensured a highly productive and memorable experience for all participants. The hospitality, Logistic arrangements, fam trip and networking session during opening and closing dinner were truly exceptional.

The business-to-business (B2B) meetings, destination showcases, and networking opportunities have opened new avenues for regional cooperation and partnership. Participating in BITM 2026 has significantly enhanced our understanding of Bhutan’s unique travel ecosystem and strengthened our commitment to promoting sustainable tourism together.

Thank you once again for your generous support and for creating such a meaningful platform for the global travel community. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and participating in future editions of Bhutan Travel Mart.
