Day 1: Kathmandu → Lukla → Phakding
• Flight to Lukla (2,860 m)
• Trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – 3–4 hrs
• Overnight teahouse

Day 2: Phakding → Namche Bazaar
• Trek through pine forests & suspension bridges
• Altitude gain: 2,610 → 3,440 m
• Overnight teahouse in Namche Bazaar

Day 3: Namche Bazaar (Acclimatization)
• Short hikes around Namche (Everest View Hotel area)
• Explore local market & culture
• Overnight

Day 4: Namche Bazaar → Tengboche
• Altitude gain: 3,440 → 3,870 m
• Visit Tengboche Monastery
• Overnight teahouse

Day 5: Tengboche → Dingboche
• Trek through rhododendron forests
• Altitude gain: 3,870 → 4,410 m
• Overnight teahouse

Day 6: Dingboche (Acclimatization)
• Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (optional)

Day 7: Dingboche → Chhukung

• Cross glaciers, steep climbs
• Reach Gokyo (4,790 m)

Day 13: Gokyo → Renjo La Pass → Thagnak
