After getting sick in Namchebazzar, you guys visit hospital and while team take rest for three days and Head up to Everest base camp finally you guys made it safely to Everest base camp and back to lukla last night. All travellers should travel 135 km easy from Kathmandu to Ramechap airport then take a flight to lukla. Which is the gateway to Everest base camp trek and all Everest region.
