Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Machha Khola from Kathmandu.
Day 2: Trek from Machha Khola (890m) to Jagat (1340m)
Day 3: Jagat (1340m) to Lokpa (2240m).
Day 4: Lokpa (2240m) to Chumling (2386m).
Day 5: Chumling (2386m) to Rachen Gompa (3240m):
Day 6: Rachen Gompa (3240m) to Nile (3361m) and to Mu Gompa (3700m):
Day 7: Nile (3361m) to Chumling (2386m):
Day 8: Chumling (2386m) to Deng (1860m):
Day 9: Deng (1860m) to Namrung (2630m)
Day 10: Namrung (2630m) to Samagaon (3520m):
Day 11: Acclimatization Day at Samagaun-birendra Lake, Pungen Monastery, or Manaslu Base Camp.
Day 12: Samagaon (3520 m) to Samdo (3860 m).
Day 13: Samdo (3860m) to Larkya Phedi or Dharasamala (4480m).
Day 14: Dharasamala (4480m) to Bimthang (3720m) on Harrowing Larkya La Pass (5160m)
Day 15: Bimthang (3720m) to Dharapani.
Day 16: Drive to Kathmandu from Dharapani.
Price Includes
• Three times three meals a day- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and 3 cups of tea/Coffee a day during the trek.
• Accommodation in a tea house during the trek. Private room.
• Fresh fruits after dinner every night as dessert during the trek.
• You will be under observation with a pulse oximeter to have your oxygen levels and heart rate measured twice a day during the trek. This is to catch the signs of Altitude Mountain Sickness (AMS) early, thus making trekking safer.
• Nepal Holiday Treks and Tours, (-20 degree sleeping bag) and a duffel bag for the trek, but you need to refund to the office after the trip.
• A strong, helpful porter with proper safety equipment and walking equipment, his salary, food, drinks, accommodation, and insurance (one porter for two people, he will carry a backpack max 20-25kg).
• All types of permits & special permits required for Manaslu and the Tsum region.
• An experienced, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, English-speaking, well-trained, government-licensed Trekking Guide with all his salary, food, Drinks, accommodation, equipment, transport, and insurance.
• From Kathmandu to Machha Khola and Besishahar to Kathmandu by local bus and Dharapani to Besishahar by local sharing jeep.
• Normal First Aid kit box
• Arrangement of Emergency helicopter service (paid by your travel insurance company)
• All the government taxes and company operating charges.

• Extra days in Kathmandu and the mountains, such as weather conditions, flight delays, strikes, and health issues.
