Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport – 30 min drive to hotel & trek preparation

Day 02: Drive to Ramechhap (3 hrs), Fly to Lukla (15 min), Trek to Phakding (2652m/8699ft)
• 8 KM | 3–4 hrs

Day 03: Phakding → Namche Bazaar (3440m/11283ft)
• 10–12 KM

Day 04: Acclimatization Day – Hike to Everest View Hotel
• 3–4 KM | 3–4 hrs

Day 05: Namche → Tengboche (3860m/12660ft)
• 10–11 KM | 5–6 hrs

Day 06: Tengboche → Dingboche (4410m/14464ft)
• 11–12 KM | 5–6 hrs

Day 07: Acclimatization – Hike to Nagarjun
• 5–6 KM | 4–5 hrs

Day 08: Dingboche → Lobuche (4910m/16105ft)
• 11–12 KM | 5–6 hrs

Day 09: Lobuche → Everest Base Camp (5364m/17594ft) → Gorak Shep
• 14–15 KM | 8–9 hrs

Day 10: Gorakshep → Kala Patthar (5545m/18188ft) → Pheriche (4210m)
• 13–14 KM | 7 hrs

Day 11: Pheriche → Namche (3440m/11283ft)
• 14–15 KM | 7 hrs

Day 12: Namche → Lukla (2800m/9184ft)
• 18–19 KM | 7 hrs

Day 13: Fly to Ramechhap (15 min) → Drive to Kathmandu (3.5 hrs)
