I miss you, brother. May your soul find peace. You taught everyone how to live with dignity and respect. Because of you, our nation gained recognition, and the world learned who the Sherpas are.
You used to save others yourself, but, when you fell into trouble, I couldnt save you, brother. I'm so sorry, brother. How do I even say this? I still can't believe it. I can't even find the words to say Rest in Peace, brother.
In the next life, please come back with a long life ahead of you.
म हजुरलाई धेरै सम्झिरहेको छु, दाइ। तपाईंको आत्माले शान्ति पाओस्। तपाईंले सबैलाई सम्मान र मर्यादाका साथ बाँच्न सिकाउनुभयो। तपाईंले गर्दा हाम्रो देश चिनियो, र शेर्पा को हुन् भनेर संसारले थाहा पायो।
तपाईं आफैं अरुलाई बचाउनुहुन्थ्यो, तर जब तपाईं समस्यामा पर्नुभयो, म हजुरलाई बचाउनै सकिनँ, दाइ। म धेरै क्षमाप्रार्थी छु, दाइ। कसरी भनौं यो कुरा? मलाई अझै विश्वास नै लागेको छैन। 'Rest in Peace' भन्ने शब्द नै भेटिरहेको छैन, दाइ।
