Experience: 2-3 year of professional experience.

✅ Job Description

Collection and posting of ticketing transactions in the accounting system
Prepare daily ticket sales/ purchase Report
Prepare ASR and payment to domestic airlines
Reconcile purchase with the IATA and Airlines and sales with the clients
Check and prepare refund memo and make necessary entry in the accounting software
Prepare vouchers as per the bills received from the vendors/ suppliers after verification
Prepare and book VAT and other TDS
Prepare NRB report, Tourism reports
Maintain financial security by following internal control

✅ Professional Skill Required

2/3 years of experience in travel company on airlines related accounting domestic and IATA ticketing
Knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
Strong knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP 9
Knowledge of VAT & Taxation system of Nepal Government
Strong knowledge of MS Office- esp deeper understanding of using Excel Sheet for accounting, Google sheet & Doc
Close attention to detail and accuracy
