Eight days. Five thousand three hundred sixty-four metres. One trail that changes you.

Lukla → Phakding → Namche → Tengboche → Dingboche → Lobuche → Gorak Shep → Everest Base Camp.

Spring 2026, Khumbu Valley. Snow still on the pine trees above Phakding. Ama Dablam clear from Tengboche at sunrise. The yaks know the trail better than any of us. And on day eight, you stand where Hillary stood.
