***On the auspicious day of great Tenzing Norgay's 109th birthday, an old trekking trail is re-opened for adventure enthusiast by North Bengal Sherpa Community. This route was discovered by Sherpa Tenzing Norgay in his early days, and it is believed by local community that Tenzing have travelled in this route couple of times in his attempts to reach the world's highest peak MT. Everest.***
