We are saying a big farewell to Gaspard this week! He’s been a star on our team since November, but it’s now time for him to head off on his next set of travels.

We wish him nothing but the best and he knows he’s welcome back into the team whenever he lands back in Akaroa! 🌏✨

Swipe to see some of his final shots from the weekend. He put his Seestar to work during our Night Awe tours, capturing the Carina Nebula, the Sombrero Galaxy and the Omega Centauri globular cluster.

As we move into the beautiful Autumn and Winter nights, your astronomy guides will be Luca and Karoline. You might also see Manon and Eros joining in as guests whenever we have a spare seat. Eros is becoming quite the keen stargazer! 🔭

The clouds have cleared and the forecast is looking fantastic for the next few nights. It's the perfect time to come out and see what the Autumn sky has to offer.

Quick Update

We're a small family business taking a short break - our wee one needs us. Our shop is closed until Saturday the 18th of April.

BUT, stargazing tours are still happening every day & night! 🌟 Huge thanks to Gaspard and Karoline for guiding all tours while Luca's off spending time with family.

Oh, and our online shop's open 24/7 🌐 if you need any last-minute goodies.
