My personal and professional travels have included a diverse range of experiences - from a budget style double decker tour bus travelling around central Europe, as well as visiting Scandinavia and Russia, to the luxury of staying in overwater bungalows in Bora Bora and luxury river cruising down the Rhine. Other unique travel and favourite experiences include visiting Darwin and Kakadu, staying in an underground hotel in Outback New South Wales, and visiting Portugal on an excursion to the Douro River. Such a fantastic place, and so funny in Havana ordering a taxi I was sent a horse and cart for my ride! I have experience in personal, small corporate travel, plus some amazing incentives/prize travel experiences for clients, and some group and special interest personalised adventures. Like many others in the travel industry, I lost my last permanent travel job due to the effects of Covid-19 in 2020 but it's great to be again working in the travel industry particularly with the travel restrictions easing. I am available by email or phone, and can respond to emails/phone calls on breaks at my other job outside the industry. I have a variety of qualifications, including ICCA Cruise Commodore training, Tahiti Tiare Travel, Fiji Matai, Visit USA, plus a number of other regional specialist achievements. Great to be a guest at the Sri Lankan Travel show at the Pullman last night.

We learnt alot from some amazing travel suppliers about what this fascinating country has to offer clients.

There were also some well known other guests including Sir Anand Satyanand, Art Green, Scotty Stevenson and more.

'Expect the unexpected' is a catchphrase I came up with a couple of years ago regarding working in the travel industry when it comes to some things that can affect our plans.

I experienced this myself while learning my return direct flight had been cancelled I decided to stay 2 extra nights in Adelaide and come back on the next direct flight

It gave me some time to relax after an amazing busy conference and famil in the Barossa Valley and discover more in Adelaide. I went on a great walking tour and loved the Central Markets. Envoyage NZ

Great to commence the Barossa part of my trip with other Envoyage NZ members and we had a lovely day visiting Maggie Beer's Farm shop, The Louise Hotel, Seppelsfield W**e experiences where we had 100 year old port plus Le Mas Barossa and reached our amazing hotel The Kingsford for an amazing dinner

First official day of our Travel Managers Group NZ and Envoyage NZ conference and the awards dinner is about to start in Adelaide. It's been such a great inspiring time and great to liaise with other travel advisors and suppliers
