ROAD TO RHYTHM WELLINGTON UPDATE

Hey guys,

We just want you all to know that we’ve seen all your feedback come through regarding the recently announced changes. We want you to know that we’ve been busy working hard to make sure the Road to Rhythm Wellington feat Netsky and Camo & Krooked is the best event it can be. As you can imagine, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment to deliver this event, hence we haven’t been able to get back to each one of you individually.

After we launched the event, we received a significant number of private communications querying the location and requesting a more central Wellington location given the nature of the event. That, combined with where ticket sales were at, at the time, led us to make the decision to change venues. It’s never an easy task to please everyone, and it took us a long time to come to the decision to shift venues – it certainly wasn’t a decision that was made lightly, rather a measured decision aimed at ensuring the Road to Rhythm Wellington goes ahead as a successful event.

We’ve listened to what you’ve told us, and we’ve been able to reconfigure the performance schedule and can now confirm that we will be starting at the earlier time of 7:30pm, with the man himself Netsky on stage at 9:30pm, which is in line with what was originally scheduled. The venue will also be operating at a reduced capacity to what you may have experienced in the past. This is to ensure that all patrons can enjoy these bass heavyweights in a comfortable environment, and we’ll also have an amazing array of local talent in support with performances both before and after the headline acts for those that can stay.

Our focus is on ensuring that the Road to Rhythm Wellington is the best event it can possibly be. For those of you that have purchased tickets already, we will are running a giveaway competition with three great prizes up for grabs – an opportunity to meet the man himself Netsky in the artist Green Room, as well as two separate $200 bar tabs for The Grand.

For those of you who unfortunately can’t make it into central Wellington, we're really sorry you can’t make it this time. We will be offering a window for refunds from now until 9:30pm tonight (this time frame is necessary to ensure that refunds are processed on our end ahead of the event).

Please email a copy of your booking confirmation email from Eventbrite or your Eventbrite invoice to [email protected] with REFUND REQUEST in the subject line. Money will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase and this will take up to 7 working days to process.

For those of you who can make it, we look forward to having you join us for what will no doubt be an amazing event.
