✈️ Monday morning — this is what I do ❤️

A storm cancelled my clients’ flight from Auckland to Rarotonga this morning, the alternative initially offered by the airline was to depart on Thursday, meaning this beautiful family would lose three precious days of their holiday.

That didn’t sit well with me. So, I got to work! 💪

Thanks to the power of agency support and my contacts behind the scenes with preferred airline partners, this beautiful family is now confirmed to fly tomorrow morning instead!

Within an hour, flights were sorted, accommodation and rental car arrangements updated, new travel documents sent, and their travel insurance provider contacted with claim information provided.

🌴 Mother Nature is out of my control, but how I support my clients through the unexpected is not.

My job is to minimise disruption, take the stress off my clients and fight for the best possible outcome. After all the time, planning and money that goes into a holiday, my clients deserve to enjoy every moment they can.

This is the value of having a travel agent in your corner. It's not just about booking the holiday — it's about being there when things don't go to plan ❤️
