Travel in New Zealand and Australia is an unregulated industry and we have chosen to self-regulate our business by going the extra mile to be a recognised financially TAANZ bonded and licensed tour operator. What this means at the base level, is that your payments are held in a bonded account for your tour, to be utilised only for your tour…we cannot use your funds for operational purposes, marketing, or use your funds to pay for other groups expenses.
