Breakfast lunch & dinner summer toms. Eating most of these in BLD salads. It seems a shame to but I will roast or BBQ some with marjoram & thyme and cook Cantonese style beef tomatoes & rice with fried egg. Maybe a a saucy pasta thing if I can be hot and bothered. My sis who I promised to share them with better hurry up and come home because they are ripening fast and they are like lollies so who knows. Anyway, they will never cross the threshold of a fridge because that diminishes the flavour so for now I’m a tomato 🍅 glutton.
