Follow the following "Top 3 Tips on How To Plan for the Great Walk"

1. Since most walks are linear, the track will end at a different location to where it starts. So plan on how you will get to and from your Great Walk!
2. Book accommodation well in advance during October to April Season, or you'll be sleeping outside The campground !
3. You'll come across clean mountain streams along the way. Take a large water bottle and drink yourself away!
