Probably my favorite room 😎 we spend a lot of time on detail and I’m guilty of replacing things that dont look right and usually a no go zone for development ☺️ The dado rails we initially installed were replaced as they were the wrong size and just didn’t work with the architraves .. 23 Rose rd

Second living 23 Rose rd ,Grey lynn with big sliding paneled doors (not seen in photo -you will have to arrange a viewing ☺️) Was a while to choose the color for the walls.

We’re pretty exited to bring our latest project 23 Rose rd , Grey Lynn to market .. The latest on our quest for the next level:) The whole process can take two years and this one was a complete rebuild.. We’ve restored the existing house and brought back all the original features.. The result is understated cool with a contemporary edge full of detail and bespoke elements with warmth and livable spaces..
