Tokoriki Island Resort, Fiji🌴

As the winter weather sets in, we can’t think of a better time for an island escape! Three of us from the team have had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Tokoriki over the past few months. We cannot recommend this gorgeous resort enough ✨

The setting is absolutely stunning, the villas are beautifully designed, and every detail is taken care of. With just 36 villas & bures, Tokoriki feels intimate, exclusive, and perfectly suited to a relaxed, adults-only atmosphere.

The food is absolutely incredible. Expect fresh, ever-changing menus with South Pacific and Asian influences, served in stunning locations from oceanfront decks to private in-villa dining.

Wonderful stay at Hôtel Neri Resort, tucked into the foothills of Mt Etna. 🍷 A serene hideaway beyond Taormina, surrounded by vineyards and nature’s silence. The pool area was surrounded by olive trees and a gorgeous spot to sit and enjoy a local beer or lemoncello spritz.

A highlight? A sunset tour up Etna, where glowing lava bubbled at the summit—an unforgettable spectacle. 🌋✨.

We also enjoyed two incredible vineyard tours.

Wines from Mt Etna are some of the most distinctive in Italy because of the volcano’s unique soils, altitude, and climate.

Michelle has been enjoying the Grand Cru wine route through Burgundy. It was fantastic to stay in this little village outside of Beaune. We headed into Beaune to enjoy the restaurants at night.

Bhutan A Winner!

Bhutan has had a number of wins recently, including Paro which was named Best International Wellness Destination at the Travel + Leisure India’s Best Awards 2024.
