And you don't have to organise it all yourself. We'll take care of the bikes, routes, accommodation, luggage and all those little details, while you concentrate on enjoying the adventure.

There's always another road waiting. 🏍️

We've been lucky enough to spend this year exploring some extraordinary roads in the Pyrenees and Alps with our Open Road riders.

Mountain passes, sweeping bends, little villages, long lunches, wonderful food and plenty of laughs along the way.

And while we're now turning our attention back to our home roads here in New Zealand, Europe is never far from our minds.

Our Pyrenees adventure returns in June 2027.

Think spectacular mountain roads, the Spanish and French Pyrenees, Andorra, the incredible scenery around the Tarn Gorge — and all the good company that makes an Open Road tour what it is.

So whether you're dreaming of exploring New Zealand this summer or fancy a European adventure next year, there's a road waiting for you.

For now, our focus is on Twin Island Discovery in January 2027.

Our South Island Spectacular is a 15-day guided motorcycle adventure starting and finishing in Christchurch.

From the West Coast and Haast to Arthur's Pass, Lewis Pass, Mackenzie Country and the spectacular scenery around Aoraki/Mount Cook, there's plenty to keep the wheels turning.

And, of course, we'll take care of the route planning, accommodation, luggage and support along the way.

New Zealand is spectacular.

We won't argue with that.

But ask us what makes us keep coming back to ride here and we'll probably talk about the roads first.

Long sweeping bends.

Empty back roads.

High-country roads that seem to go on forever.

And the best part?

You don't have to ride the same type of road all day.

New Zealand keeps changing.

That's why we love taking people out to explore it.

**Why January?**

Because it's summer in New Zealand. ☀️🇳🇿

Longer days.

Warm afternoons.

Green countryside.

Mountain passes.

Coastal roads.

And plenty of daylight left at the end of the day for a cold drink and a good dinner.

January is a great time to explore New Zealand by motorcycle — and our **Twin Island Discovery** gives you time to experience both islands rather than trying to squeeze the highlights into a few days.

Of course, we can't promise sunshine every day.

This is New Zealand, after all. 😉

But we can promise some very good roads.

One day you're riding beside the ocean.

The next you're climbing through mountains.

You can cross farmland, rainforest, high country, vineyards and alpine passes — sometimes all in the same day.

The roads change.

The scenery changes.

The weather changes.

And once you're away from the main centres, there are still plenty of places where you can simply enjoy the road ahead.

That's what we love about riding New Zealand.

**One country. Two islands. An awful lot of very good roads.**

And we'll take care of the details while you enjoy the ride.

Why do we keep our motorcycle tours small?

Because we actually like riding with the people who come with us.

We deliberately keep our guided groups to around six or seven riders.

Small enough to ride together.

Small enough to stop together.

Small enough to find a table together.

And small enough that we actually get to know one another along the way.

It also means we're able to make little changes when circumstances call for it — because sometimes the best bits of a motorcycle adventure aren't the things written on the itinerary.

And after a couple of weeks together, something rather nice tends to happen.

You arrive as a group of riders.

You leave as a group of friends.

That's why we like small groups.
