A trip of mixed emotions. Took the Yamaha MT10 SP down to Nelson to trade her in for Triumph 1200GT Pro. The MT10 is a stunning bike, but not such a popular renter. The Triumph, amazing (but who makes a bad bike these days?). I look forward to some adventures on the big Tiger before it joins the fleet.

A wonderful day picking up a new bike from Filco's in Nelson. While there, I had the chance to ride an Aprilia Tuareg and a Tiger 1200 GT Pro, before jumping on the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 I'd bought. After stepping off a bike 4 x the capacity and 3 x the price, the Versys shows itself to be a very good bike. We are certainly spoiled for choice of superb motorcycles right now.
