We are looking for enthusiastic local Walking Tour Guides in three different places in New Zealand to join our team in showcasing the beauty and charm of the city to guests on our tours.

Our walking tours are designed to engage, entertain, and educate participants while they discover Te Whanganui-a- Tara (Wellington), Tāhuna (Queenstown), Or, Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland)
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and informative walking tours of key landmarks, places of note, and historical sites.
Share captivating stories, anecdotes, and facts about our history, culture, and architecture from a predesigned script with your own personal flair.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Navigate tour groups safely, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations, along a preset tour route.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure tour logistics and scheduling are seamless.
Stay up-to-date with current events, attractions, and developments to enhance tour content.
Recommend activities for guests to do both in and outside of Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Te Whanganui-a- Tara (Wellington), Or Tāhuna (Queenstown), including other walking tours for people looking to learn more.
Requirements:
Reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills with a native level of English language.
Able to read a script and deliver the designed tour to groups of varying sizes.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
A local’s knowledge of geography, landmarks, historical significance, quirks, attractions, and activities.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
