Job Search New Zealand are on the look out for a Job Search recruitment manager for an immeditate start to cover a 6 month fixed term contract in Auckland Base Backpackers. Job Search New Zealand are a leading working holiday company, focusing solely on providing our customers with all the essential products and services necessary to live, work and travel in Australia and New Zealand.
The Job Search recruitment manager will be in charge of international and domestic candidates in helping them set up everything to work in New Zealand. The following tasks will be adhered to on a daily basis:
- Add new international agent bookings in to the accommodation and airport pick up - system’s.
- Give welcome group orientations to work and travel candidates
- Arrange bank and IRD setup’s for Job Search candidates
- Provide one to one CV and job consultations and employment advice
- Email candidate CV’s for available positions to clients across the country and check on the candidates progress
- Work closely with existing clients across New Zealand to arrange job ads for our website
- Increase the current database of clients through cold calling, networking and referrals in the program Job Adder
- Update company Job Search website and social media channels with new and exciting job opportunities
- Increase sales of Job Search domestic packages
Suitable candidate traits:
- Provide quality service that consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of all candidates
- Preferably have previous experience in the recruitment or sales industry
- Confident in giving large group orientations
- Good communication skills to liaise with both the candidate and client
- Good listener to be able match the candidate with the right job
- Understand what the client is looking for and place the right candidate for the job
- Target driven to meet monthly membership sales
- Can multitask between candidates, clients and searching for new jobs
- Patience to deal with unexpected problems and fix them in a timely manner
- Can operate multiple programs such as Mews, Job Adder and the Job Search website
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start. Salary is negotiable according to experience.
