Bonjour and thanks for your patience while I read through all the answers! I have made the decision, to be fair to everyone, to discount question 3, as although the answer, the Dumbea Pass, was on the Aquanature website, it doesn't in fact clearly state that this is the reef that separates the Noumea area from the Pacific. In that case, I have chosen the winner who responded first with all other answers correct...

Day 4!
Salut for our last day in New Caledonia!
We have had another wonderful day.
We went to Amedee Island on a day trip and enjoyed the beach, a delicious buffet lunch and cultural dance show. Ryan had to get up and take part in 2 dances, one he was dressed in flowers, very pretty! And the other one he had to take part in a group dance lesson for 5 minutes and learn some moves. I was camera man!
We got chosen to climb a coconut tree and both made it 3 meters up a 6 meter coconut tree. Sore legs!
But was an awesome trip and would highly recommend it!

Todays clue: Who gave New Caledonia the lighthouse which is located on Amedee Island?

Just a few minutes from Noumea lies a little paradise - the Amedee Island -a natural marine park located on the barrier reef and in the biggest lagoon in the world, which was classified a UNESCO heritage site in 2009.
